Aloha Pandas!
My name is Alisia Hawley, and I proudly serve as your Lieutenant Governor for the term 2026-2027! I am from Green Valley High School, and I served as Newsletter editor and VP. I have participated in many DCMs, OTC, RTC, Conclave, and Dcon. I encourage every single member to attend these events because they are experiences like no other. This year we are working strongly to get our goals together. Our clubs have worked harder than ever to get to where we are now. I’m so proud of every singer member. We are working to serve our nation and world to give back. Remember, even though we are divided by schools we are united by division. Love you pandas!

Haii D28E Key-u-ties!! My name is Rita Khachatryan, and I served as South CTA’s Editor last year and will be continuing the same position on the E-board this year as well. I am also your Division Spirit Coordinator! I am so so excited to work with all of you and make super fun chants that will bring out your inner Panda!! That being said, I cannot wait to meet all of you and bring everyone together to make a big community of beautiful souls. Some goals I aim to achieve until my term is over are to help you guys be more confident in yourselves when cheering and chanting (especially at RTC!), making super fun videos to promote our Pandas (Pandas on top!), and getting to meet as many of my division as possible! Hey D28E! My name is Mia, and I’ll be serving as your DGE for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. After joining a new school and getting involved in Key Club, I became interested in a leadership position. When elections rolled around, I ran for a position, and I’ll be serving as Del Sol's Key Club president for this term! I can’t wait to be able to connect with new faces, learn new things, and grow within Key Club. Goals I have for this year are to make engaging Division Instagram posts to help inform and keep people updated. Along with that, I want to make fun shirt designs for the division that everyone will enjoy. I can’t wait to see everyone at future DCM’s and big events such as RTC. Thank you, pandas!! 🐼🗝️

I am currently Vice President of Senior Citizen Outreach Club and President of Homeless Haven Foundation at Green Valley. Hello D28E, my name is Trevor, and I will be serving as your DTE for the 2026-2027 school year! Previously, I served as SECTA Key Club's Bulletin Editor and Webmaster, and now serve as SECTA Key Club's President! I am incredibly excited to see this Division grow this term, learn everyone's names, and engage with the Division as a whole! Pandas on top forever! Some goals I have for this term include: keeping the Division Website consistently updated, creating ample promotional material for the Division, and personally going to DCON 2027!
